Mrs. Tania Molina Filak, has spent her professional career in federal government and commercial contracting with executive leadership roles responsible for Contracts Management, Project Management, Subcontracts Management, Procurement and Property Management, Finance, and Human Resources. She is currently the owner and president of Ideal Infinite Solutions, LLC, a Hispanic American, Minority, Woman Owned, small business, which provides consulting services to multiple US Government and Commercial contractors.
Tania’s formal education includes a Bachelor’s degree in Communications from the Stockton University, and subsequently a Master’s in Business Administration from William Paterson University.
